Thanks for presenting this opportunity. We appreciate your interest in Nolet Spirits. Please review the following requirements for booking events in the Carl Nolet Sr. Hospitality Center:
- The facility is not open to the public. It is reserved for trade, charity, or nonprofit events only.
- A 35 day notice is required to go through the approval process and to obtain the mandatory paperwork.
- Small scale, educational events are preferred.
- The maximum timeframe for an event is 4 hours.
- The maximum timeframe for service of alcohol is 3 hours. No alcohol will be served after 10pm.
- Due to fire codes, the maximum number of persons may not exceed 200 people standing room only or 90 people for sit down dining style.
- In adherence to our liquor license regulations, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older. No guests under 21 will be allowed into the facility.
- Event invitations must include “All guests must be over 21” and require prior approval.
- No chemicals, flammable, combustible, corrosive, or hazardous materials are allowed in the venue. (only flameless candles may be used)
- Confetti is prohibited.
- Wine may be served at a sit-down dinner only with prior approval from the President. Beer and other spirits brands will not be allowed at any time.
- Each event must be catered with enough food for the number of guests attending, using a caterer from the List of Approved Caterers. The list will be provided upon approval of the event.
- A sufficient amount of staff for food service, bartending, bussing, bar backing, and clean up must be hired through the caterer to facilitate the event.
- The cost of the caterer, staff, and bartenders will be your responsibility. There is no charge for the event space, the alcohol and mixers, or water and soft drinks.
- A NOLET’S Silver Gin Tasting must be a part of the agenda to educate guests on the brand. This will be conducted by a Nolet Spirits employee.
- Groups approved to use the Carl Nolet Sr. Hospitality Center are highly encouraged to purchase ten (10) or more bottles of NOLET'S Silver Gin from a licensed retailer of their choice. These bottles may be engraved or signed by Carl Nolet Jr. and the bottles can be raffled off during the course of the event.
- A Special Event Agreement must be signed and Nolet Spirits U.S.A. must be named as an additional insured on the organization’s certificate of insurance.
- Due to legalities, a General Daily License/Event Permit must be requested and obtained through the Alcoholic Beverage Control – ABC Form 221 prior to us providing the product for the event. More information on obtaining the permit will be provided upon approval
If your event fits within these guidelines, please complete the Carl Nolet Sr. Hospitality Center Event Request Form for consideration of sponsorship. The review process generally takes 2 weeks.
